How does it work?
Here at JCR you’ll have the convenience of shopping by category with a clutter-free experience. Our Redbubble products are carefully designed. When viewing products, customers will be redirect to redbubble’s website for item description, adding to cart, and purchasing. Don’t forget to spin the wheel for up to 25% off!

Do you accept returns?
Yes. Customers have 30-days from the last estimated delivery date, allowing for free returns or exchanges if items are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns, including for wrong sizes or change of mind, can be initiated for a refund or voucher, usually within 5–10 business days for processing.
How to Return: Use the online Return and Exchange Policies tool to submit a request on the Redbubble site. You may need to provide photos of the damaged items.
Exclusions: Returns valued over $250 before discounts may incur a 20% restocking fee.
Can I track my package?
Not all orders have tracking.
If available, tracking info is provided in the shipping confirmation email, or customers can check their order history page on the Redbubble website.
Do I need to register on Redbubble to make a purchase?
No. Customers do not have to register on Redbubble to make a purchase. Subscribe to keep up with our latest designs, blog posts, sales, seasonal prizes, and more!
How does shipping work?
Shipping Options: Standard and Express options are available, with costs calculated at checkout based on location.
Production & Shipping Time: Orders are produced in 1-3 business days, with shipping time added to this, excluding holidays. Products are usually delivered within 7-10 business days from date of purchase.
International/Customs: While many items are produced locally, international shipments may incur customs fees, which are the recipient's responsibility.
Can I make requests?
Yes! Here at JCR we encourage creativity, personal style, and comfort. Contact us by email or social media for art requests, large order discounts for shop owners, or anything else you’re curious about. We are willing to work with you!
